Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 25 years in education as a teacher and counselor. That background shaped how I connect with people—with empathy, curiosity, and a strong belief in your ability to grow. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and older adults, and understand the specific transitions and struggles that come with each life stage.
