Counseling is such important, life-altering work. It begins with a single phone-call or email, and the healing and growing begins.
Kali's Rates:
$125 for virtual individual 50-minute sessions
$145 for virtual couple 50-minute sessions
$165 for 90-minute intake sessions
(sliding scale available on limited basis, insurance not accepted at this time)
Ian's Rates:
$155 for individual 50-minute sessions​
$175 for couples 50-minute sessions
I am now happily paneled with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna, Aetna, Oscar, Oxford, and United Health.

Individual Adult Work
Very often, people reach out wanting to process past unhealed trauma, current life stressors, relational dynamics, current or recent divorces, or stressful world events. Our individual counseling centers around family, their relationships, breaking past generational patterns, goal-setting, self-actualizing, and identifying who are community pillars in their lives. Simply put, our adult individual work provides a space for my clients to untangle the knots that have been slowing them down sometimes for decades.
Kali's Rate: $125 per hour
Ian's Rate: $155 per hour
Couples Counseling
We provide a safe and validating presence for the couples who walk through our door wanting to work on their relationship or marriage. We utilize Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy, an empirically supported treatment plan with a 75% success rate. It provides my couples an opportunity to re-establish safety and to slow down the negative pattern in which they are likely stuck. We also provide space for couples to work on intimacy and re-invigorating their sex lives once they arrive at a point of renewed safety in their relationship.
Kali's Rate: $145 per hour
Ian's Rate: $175 per hour
Clinical Supervision​
Helping people help people! I would not be a good therapist if I did not "pay it forward" regarding my training, expertise, and guidance. For supervisees, I work with their system from a holistic approach. I provide a "gentle nudge" for them to reach in and grab the tools that they already have. I also build into their process their long-term practice goals. Most of all, I am not only a supervisor for my associates, but I am their ADVOCATE.
Ian Rate: $365 per month
